I had a lot of fun and learned many new things about the Adobe applications in Digital Toolbox. I will be honest. At first, I was skeptical and thought that this class was going to be a lot of busy work especially because I am a finance major. However, I was pleasantly surprised after I witnessed what some of these applications can do. Any kind of art work or a creative display can be produced using these applications. I also was not aware that each application is only a little different than the other, but each do completely different things. Throughout the duration of the semester, I completed two assignments that I was really impressed with. These include the moonlight sonata and the personal logo.

The personal logo was one of my favorite assignments. I really enjoyed experimenting with the letters and skis. I also enjoyed adding the snow and the Christmas colors to display the idea that anything is possible on Christmas!!

Hey everyone! I know we are still in the midst of the coronavirus, but I hope everyone is excited for summer and the warm weather. I am especially excited because I finished the semester with a 4.0 while also balancing full-time job. So, this summer is going to be much needed and hopefully tons of fun. Additionally, I know I usually focus on winter sports such as skiing, but I wanted to also shed light on some of the things I am going to be doing this summer. Starting in July, I want to go jet skiing for the first time as well as water skiing! It has always been something that i’ve wanted to do and hopefully this summer it will happen!

As you are all probably aware, the coronavirus has been sprung on humanity and has greatly affected our every day activities. It truly saddens me that students, whether in high school, college, etc, have missed so much of campus education. I really miss my friends and I cannot wait to be able to form new memories with them my junior year. I am unsure how the virus is affecting everyone, but have been working in a nursing home and it is scary. I have never seen people including staff and residents so frantic and worried about a situation before. However, I hope everyone is staying safe and avoiding going crazy in quarantine!

Hey everyone! Skiing came to an unfortunate halt after my injury. I had anticipated that I would be healed and ready to go, but my arm wasn’t strong enough yet. I hope everyone had a pleasant winter season and I cannot wait for next year! Hopefully I will be in good health and able to return to skiing and snowmobiling.

Hey everyone! So far this winter I have been out of commission since my latest injury. Truly is a bummer because I was looking forward to trying some new mountains this year. Before my injury, I had the luxury to visit Mount Snow, Gun Stock Mountain and Stowe. They were incredible!

Besides the lack of skiing, this winter has been weak. I am looking forward to a real storm and hopefully a day off from class as well. I hope my arm continues to heal properly and soon because I am in need of some powder! If you can, hit the slopes! Below you will see a picture of the view I had from the stop of Mount Snow.
